Who: Victorian family who were looking for a lifestyle change in Queensland

Brief: Looking for a 4 bedroom family home, dual living spaces, open plan living that opened up to a large entertaining area preferably with a pool or space to put one in.

Journey: They had a very clear timeline when it came to settling on their new home. So we had to make sure this lined up with their removalist and travel plans. Over a 3 week period we inspected many homes and facetime conversations to debrief properties. We located and identified the perfect home for them in Eatons Hill and completed all due diligence including inspections and contract reviews. This home was listed for auction, but not your typical auction on site. This auction was online and hosted on a platform that is something similar to an eBay for property which can create some added anxiety and stress for the client. But as we do for all our clients we remove the emotional stress and take care of that process and we were successful in winning the online with only one bid at the very end that secured to home.
