We specialise only in the Queensland and South Australian market. It is our job to work with our clients (the buyers) in researching, finding, and purchasing their dream homes.

Investing into a home is the greatest financial commitment over a lifetime and making sure you have the right support in making that decision is pivotal.

  • • Often time poor and cannot research or cannot get out to see properties

    • They keep missing out on their properties at auction/private sale because the market is high demand and prices go well over reserve. Therefore, they get frustrated.

    • Dealing with real estate agents can become very time consuming and frustrating

    • They want expert advice on where to purchase

    • Interstate and logistics challenges

  • • We are on your side. The real estate agent is trying to get the highest price for their vendor. This is because they get more commission. Our fee is a flat rate.

    • Give advice on the areas you would like to purchase according to your budget but also the market insights and comparables

    • We are looking at 40-50 properties per week

    • Our goal is to make sure we come in under your budget so you can have extra funds if needed to spend on other important things in life such as family

    • We take you through the entire process from researching to final settlement day. Making the process in buying a property enjoyable and allowing me to take care of the day-to-day legals and phone calls

    • We have relationships with real estate agents and can access off market properties before they go too market

    • We do all the negotiation to get you into your property for the right price

  • • Client property brief, research, sourcing & reporting

    • Identifying your top 3 properties and then we decide on a game plan

    • Communicating & Negotiating with real estate agents

    • Due-diligence on all properties including COS, building and pest, flood reports and council

    • Bidding at auction or submitting offers

    • Supporting settlement duration and final inspection

    • Final handover to your new property

  • Starting at $14,900 + GST.

    Fee breakdown:

    • Purchase price $1.5M - $3M = 1.2%

    • Purchase price $3M and over = 1%

    All payments require a $5,000 + GST deposit with the remaining balance due only at unconditional stage of contract purchase.

    There is no timeframe on our services. Whether it takes 3 weeks or 3 months. We will find you your property.
