Who: Interstate client looking to purchase an investment property in Noosa

Brief: Mark and his wife had been holidaying in Noosa for many years and fell in love with Noosa and the lifestyle. The aim with this purchase was to identify any luxury apartments that were beach side and for sale. After visiting a couple upon inspection, we were able to target 2 separate apartments along the highly sort after Hasting Street. Both Mark and Jake attended the auction for one of the apartments where we seen an overseas buyer pay well over market value to secure the property. Apartment number 2 was the more desirable of the 2 apartments and attracted a higher price point. This 3-bedroom, 2 bathrooms with incredible views over the main beach had been listed for quite a while with no real serious offers that appealed to the sellers. We were able to come in and get a deal done that seen us secure the property $350,000 under the external valuation we had completed in the lead up. It is fair to say Mark and his wife were extremely happy and we celebrated with a glass of wine.
