Brief: Looking for a large 4-5 bedroom home, Hampton/Modern Melbourne style, as close to the beach as possible and looking for the eastern side of the Gold Coast Hwy, focus on entertaining and pool area as a stand out feature, ready to move in with no renovation work needed.

Journey: Ben came to us off the back of our purchase for fellow team mate Connor Budarick. He had been looking for some time and just kept missing out and being time poor with training he needed some help with sourcing the right home for the right price. We asked Ben to send us a few homes that he liked the look of so we can get a better idea of the type and style of home he was after. Ben sent us the home we eventually ended up buying, but he thought it would be well over his budget because it was on the market for $400,000 over what he was willing to spend. The first thing we did was call the agent and request an inspection of this property. Within 7 days we had a deal secured on the property and right on the client’s budget. After completing a building and pest we identified a couple things that needed addressing which were sorted at the cost of the seller.
