Brief: Connors player manager reached out to us requesting support in helping him purchase his very first home on the Gold Coast. After taking on his brief and learning more about what exactly Connor was after, we got straight to the process in hunting for the right home. After 2 weeks we identified the perfect home located in the upcoming suburb of Ashmore only down the road from his training facility at Carrara. This property was only listed for 4 hours before we negotiated a deal right on Connor’s budget. During the conditional stage of contract we identified a couple things that needing addressing thanks to the building and pest report. Once these were sorted the property went unconditional and Connor successfully purchased his first home on the Gold Coast.
