Who: Interstate client and their family moving to the GC after selling their home in country Victoria.

Brief: After a 5-bedroom home, located on a canal with a large block that would allow their children to also live with them. They were open to a home that needed a little renovation work as their sons were both builders and the family comes from a trade background.

Journey: Their property journey was very unique, we actually were the highest bidder at 2 auctions that got passed in of properties that fitted the brief, but due to the vendors wanting too much we could not get a deal secured. At times it was a frustrating experience due to the sellers not meeting market expectations, but we stayed patient and the 3rd auction we were successful in securing the absolute perfect home right on the water in Robina. This was a true example of remaining patient with the search and taking our time in finding the right property for the client. We could have easily found something that did not quite tick all the boxes, but because we were adamant in finding the right home, we were able to ensure that the client was happy.
